The Probus Client Lounge is a user-friendly interface from which you can manage your personal information, trading information and financial information.
|How can I access the Probus Lounge?
To access the Portal Lounge all you have to do is log into your account through the website and you will be automatically directed to the Lounge.
|Can I visit the website while I’m still signed into my Probus Lounge?
Yes, simply open a new tab on your browser.
|How can I change my name?
This option is available only for clients who changed their own name after registering an account with us. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email. Once the change has been done, you will be sent a confirmation email.
|How can I change my address?
In order to change the physical address, you registered please email a Proof of Residence from your current address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in your name and your showing new address dated within the last 6 months to email@example.com
|How can I change my Probus Lounge password?
Simply login to your Lounge and navigate to My Profile to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, please visit the Forgot Password page and request to reset it.
|Why is the Banking section locked on my Probus Lounge?
Only verified clients are able to access the Banking section. A verified client is someone who has completed the appropriateness test, provided their documentation and has been verified by our Back Office Department.
